A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Nelsonville basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Nelsonville crews handle most.
A flooded Nelsonville basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews get it out and start drying the space the same visit.
